Kenny is a member of the electrical/computer practice group at Thomas|Horstemeyer. He has experience working in a variety of technology fields such as software engineering, web and mobile application development, e-commerce, computer networking, robotics, and telecommunications.

Kenny attended the Florida State University College of Law where he was the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. While in law school, Kenny worked at the Florida State University Office of Intellectual Property and Commercialization where he conducted patentability and marketing assessments on next-generation technology in areas such as biotechnology, electrical engineering, and computer software. Kenny also participated in intellectual property negotiations between the University and potential technology licensees.

Before graduating from law school, Kenny worked for two technology start-ups as a Software Engineer.
